How RSVP and invites work

Open a game night and tap In when you plan to play. Hosts see who is coming, who is out, and who is on the waitlist when the night is full.

Public community nights show venue and fee details to everyone. Private nights keep details for the host, people already on the roster, and moderators. Share an invite link when you want someone new to join without posting the spot publicly.

Invite links open a preview of the night. Logged-out players can RSVP with a name and email, then finish signup from the email. Logged-in players tap in or out. Short walk-in codes (for the door) redirect to the same invite flow. League nights and community events share that same link.
